Hi guys, I'm a new member. I've tried the raw food way of life, and it totally works if I stick with it, but it's like I'm addicted to unhealthy food! I have hypothyroidism and take 250 mcg's of Synthroid a day. I'm about 6', 300! lbs, and 16. I'm also a drug user, but never got addicted hence i'm still fat.
When I excersize, I go all out and get burnt out! I'll run like 5 miles a day for a month, lose a lot of weight then quit. I'll gain it all back plus more!

You need to take a Deep Breath, B R E A T HHHHHH............
I can understand you, you want it and you want it NOW. This is not an INSTANT Fix. RAW is a LIFESTYLE Change, and it is a Journey that we take day by day.
That is why you must SLOW it down, relax and stay with us for the Longhaul.
Are you still using drugs? You MUST stop them NOW. Taking your medication is drug enough. Your Body is WORTH more than killing yourself, drugs damage your body wheather you are addicted to them or not.
You are a BEAUTIFUL Person no matter how much you weigh, no I have not seen you but I know God don't make junk.
You need to ORDER ALISSA'S BOOK TODAY and READ it.
When you are RAW, you can eat as much as you want to. The only restriction is IT MUST BE RAW AND VEGAN. You don't have to run unless you just like to run, you can walk.
Take it SLOW...save something for Tomorrow. You have your WHOLE Life ahead of you. Try eating Whole Foods, fruits, nuts, salads etc. We are here for you if you run into trouble.
I am SO happy that you found this Forum and keep in touch with us because we are going to turn this thing AROUND.........

You said you " run like 5 miles a day for a month, lose a lot of weight then quit." If I am reading this right, that is amazing as I can't imagine carrying 300 pounds around for a run. I'm not here to judge.
I was listening to Dr. Oz about two weeks ago and he recommended walking 30 minutes I believe daily or maybe it was 5 times per week. I would think the running would be hard while jogging. If anything keep searching, do what you thjink works for you and ask questions here. Best to you in your "challenges."

Wel i'm not all fat lol. I'm pretty strong. I'd run untill I'd about to fall lol.
I am still using but i'll try to stop.
