I'm taking the 30 day challenge! :o I have been experimenting with Raw since the end of June, never hitting 100%, usually around 75%. Lately I've been eating more cooked food and have starting getting headaches. And then of course my energy has dropped A LOT!!! So, I'm taking the plunge. I'm actually quite nervous. I'm scared of the detox. For example, yesterday I was raw until dinner and by dinner I got a migraine. I'm also afraid of failing. Food is a hot button for me. I had an eating disorder for 9 years. I have been in a good place with that for several years now, but mainly by lifting ALL food restrictions and just eating whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. In some ways this has been healthy, but then I have catered to my sweet tooth with no restrictions either. :( I have mainly been a lurker here since July, but I am making this post to kind of hold me accountable. It is now "in print" rather than just a thought in my head. I have gotten so much out of this board in the past 4 months and want to thank you all. Here we go....30 days to better health :D
