Perhaps I am getting too excited but I made up some juice and it was green and it was really good.

In my Vita-Mix
1 Cucumber
green/white seedless grapes, (equal portion of cucumber)
Spinach (4 large leaves) or about equal to cucumber bunched up.
Variable speed slowly to high till smooth.
Does this qualify? should not mix grapes with the veggies?

Sorry everyone...this needs to be in Juicing I think.

No, it is in the right place. Cucumbers are a fruit so the combo is a good mix. Also it is good to add cucumbers to any furit juice to keep sugar balanced. Thanks so much for this recipe - I will try it today.

I just got a message from Todd about this earlier, how cucumber/or celery is helpful in this manner. It is so good to know this...thanks for your help too! I just love the support and education I get here.

i know this is not a "proper" combo necessarily but it is delicious- i tried it at the local juice bar where it is called an "in-between" (meaning in between fruit and veg juice i guess)
celery, kale, spinach, lemon, apple, carrot.
I think it's mostly green stuff, with the others added for flavor (i was trying to watch the guy's technique so i could make it at home) :)
