ordered a dehydrator... only got the teflex sheets... ?

anyone else have this? does the dehydrator come later? i tried calling alissa's contact numbers, but i'm not getting through to anyone.

just wondering if i need to wait longer, or if i need to be tracking this thing down now.

It's quite common for dehydrators to be 'drop shipped'... meaning that the supplier sends the order out on the stores behalf. I wouldn't be surprised if your teflex came straight from Alissa and your dehydrator is being shipped from the manufacturer. I'm sure it will turn up any day!

I believe Sheryl is dead-on. I had gotten some stuff from Alissa once and my box arrived first and then a few days later, the teflex sheets were sent seperately to keep them flat.

I also know my Vitamix I ordered from her was drop-shipped directly from the company as opposed to sent from Alissa's company, so I'm sure it's the same with the dehydrator as well.

you guys are correct! i got a speedy reply to my email with a phone call, and everything has been delivered just as she told me. i'm always paranoid when ordering something that costs more than $100.00...

anyway, thanks alissa and team for excellent customer service, and being so friendly! :)
