HI Everyone! I just found the news out and need some suggestions.I would like some ideas on how to deal with constipation. I already have trouble in this area. But now it's worse. I know you cannot take any supplements. And thought that I would come here! Anything in general will help. Am very overwhelmed with it all especially what and how to handle the baby's diet when she ( I hope :) ) is born. Thanks guys!

That's wonderful news, congratulations :D

I find I get constipated if I don't drink enough liquids :o

Congratualtions!

What are you currently eating?

I would say the same as the above, stay hydrated. Avoid dried fruit, nuts, dehydrated stuff, etc. if you are constipated. Also avoid salt, which will cause you to retain fluids. Eat tons of juicy fruit, melons, etc.

Exercise helps a lot with constipation as well. And doing waist/stomach exercises, maybe belly dancing or stratching in that area, which will help move things along.

Thanks guys! I knew that I could come here. I've been eating alot of veggie cooked soups. It's the only thing that sounds good these days. Anyone have any ideas on a good raw veggie soup?

Congratulations... if you can get your hands on some prune plums are some of the best for constipation, even if you do dehydrate them. Just make sure to drink a lot of water to flush your system. Good luck

Congratulations on your pregnancy! When is the baby due?

Drink lots of green smoothies, they will get things moving along nicely :-)

Can I continue to add green superfoods or MSM to my smoothies? The containers don't say NOT to. They are from Natures First Law.
