Since being RAW I don't want to take any man made potions for helping muscles to increase. So I was wandering does anybody know of a good RAW version of creatine?

The problem with these supplements is that you have to keep taking them to keep your gains....but hey it's all personal choice.. ;)

Creatine is dangerous, anyways: you take supplements of it and soon enough your body stops making enough of it on its own.
