Ginger

I am crazy about ginger. Does anyone know how to pickle ginger? Also would any one share there recipes using ginger as the main ingredient? Thanks alot

Ginger is a soothing spice. I have never pickled it. There is a place here called Yoshanoia who serve it. It was RAW and horrible to me. I am happy you like it. If you don't get an answer soon, try applecider vinager and Agave......

Thanks Spicefull that a good idea. Does applecider vinger pickle everthing. I usually by my pickled ginger at the asian store, but I can't seam to get enough of it. I have alwas like ginger, ginger in everything. :-)

Hmm.. I love ginger also. I adore putting fresh ginger root in my juices; carrot and ginger, pear and ginger, carrot, apple, and ginger, apple and ginger, carrot, green stuff, and ginger... Hmm.. ginger juice is the best!
