I love the book Baby Greens. This by far is my favorite book about healthy nutrition for being pregnant and feeding baby.
There is a section in Gabriel Cousens Live Food Cusine book but it's just a small section of a big book.

There really isn't a lot of books on raw pregnancy and feeding children raw. But I am sure that will change!!! :D
