View Full Version : How does Cynthia Beavers make the sauce so white?

I had an order from Pure Cuisine this week. There were two dishes that had a creamy sauce. One was white truffle pasta and the other sour cream for tostadas. The cream was so white, it looked like "real" sour cream.... And OH MY GOD IS HER FOOD IS DIVINE!!!!! The shipping costs were way too expensive for me to have shipped regularly, but if she were a little closer to me, I would get her food every week.

The "refried" beans were to die for as well. Gosh I would love to get her recipes. Anyway, any ideas?

I made whipped cream with coconut in Champion Juicer with the blank plate. It was yummy.

Yes they were!! The only thing I would change is to soak the sundried tomatoes first because they were still a little chewy. But the color looks just like beans and the spices are really close to the ones she made. Thanks again!
