Successful liver flush #2

Another positive result from Hulda Clarke's flush recipe :D this makes 2 in 2 weeks. So far about 1 cup of decent (large pea) sized stones have been released from my liver. I did feel nauseous with this one again all night but today has been heaps better than last time - the nausea was gone by the time I woke up, and after about 3.30am I slept like a baby!
Not sure when I'll do this again - I'm doing Bryant Meyer's colon cleanse in 2 weeks. Can't wait! Ok, is it just me, or do I sound weird being so excited about cleansing? :p LOL

I actually feel different inside from this LF - I feel kind of brighter - like some sort of shadow has lessened, and more animated. I noticed last night while I was laying there on my side that I was really angry, like really angry, but not at anything - I was just mad. With how I'm feeling now, I wonder if the cleanse allowed some of the anger/hate that was stuck in my liver to be purged...

NB. The nausea's only coz I don't have a gallbladder - not everyone gets it like that

Gosh, I just wonder if you really need to do more flushes?

Once the stones are this small, I don't think they're worrisome. They will flush naturally. It's when they get big and block the ducts that I'd worry... poor girl :( :confused:

I'm only cleansing my liver coz I have a really strong feeling that that is what I need to do. Actually after this one, I don't have the urge to do another one already like I did after the last one! And I got loads of tiny stones out as well as the bigger ones this time so I figure that means a lot of the big ones must have come out already... I reckon once or twice a year would be plenty to repeat this, if at all now I'm raw. But I tell you, I feel much better after doing it than before, so that's worth something :)

That's awesome ABG! I'm not familiar with the names associated with a lot of these cleanses. Is the cleanse you did one of the ones where you drink oil and epsom salts?

Wonderful news. I'm excited for you and hope to get to doing flushes myself, but so far not ready when in fact I should be. Please keep your enthusiasm and sharing up. Yes, I'm excited about "stone" talk. What about weight loss during this time?

By the way, I don't think you're crazy at all for being excited about cleanses. It's fun to clean the body out when you know it needs to be done. I get excited about it too.

Shmoopie, yes, it is the olive oil/epsom salts one. Gross but effective

I lost 4kg (9lb) in 5 days on this one!!! Amazing! And the best part is it's stayed off this time. I've stayed 100% raw since the cleanse and I think that may be why. I've no idea why doing this makes me lose so much weight but I'm not complaining, lol.

Awwwooowwww!!!! Passing a cup of stones? Where did the stones come from? Do we all have them or is it only in people with stone problems. Ive never heard of 1 cup of stones naturally in anyones liver before. Im interested in cleaning my body but hearing about this scares me!!!! Omg is that super painful. What do the stones look like.. is this safe, do the stones come back daily.. omg *runs around lookin like a crazy chicken* this sounds really really odd :eek:

My father grows a plant that you can eat the tasteless seeds from and they kill and prevent parasites. Its a philipino plant. I wonder if that does the trick too.
