Hi everyone

I have struggled with an eating disorder for about 8 years which basically consists of a binge cycle followed by an anorexic cycle. The binge may only last a weekend, where as the anorexia typically lasts about 2 weeks at least.

I tried to do a 30 day challenge in July, but had a mega anorexic relapse... looking back on it; I think I'm just not receiving hunger signals. I was having fainting spells and still not hungry.

So I went back on cooked and am now ready to try again. This is what I ate today:

1 banana
1 carrot
3 servings of raw cheese
salad: pumpkin seeds, celery, carrot, cucumber
1/2 apple
1 Tbs raw omega 3 oil
2/3 recipe of RPs brownies
2 laraw bars

Anyway, I have no clue how much I should be eating... at this pointing I'm opting for eating too much rather than too little. Any thoughts?

I suggest following your quote: "No Rules, Just Raw" Eat as much as you like as long as it's raw. Good luck!

Are you willing to add Greens to this diet ? If you don't like them juice them into a fruit smoothie ?

Greens play important part of the Raw Diet.

I find if my greens get to low I am more likely to fall into my former eat/not eat pattern.

I was having a similar problem with the hunger. Now, I am eating every two hours, even if I am not hungry. You don't have to eat a large amount, but something for your body to utilize.

I can't tell for sure by your list if it is enough or not as I am not sure how much of each food is in your recipes and salad. Often on this board, the message is to stay away from counting calories. I think that is true in most instances, but if you are not getting enough it could be problematic. You may want to go to a site like FitWatch (http://www.fitwatch.com) to get an idea. But, don't think of it as a bible. I speak from experience on that one.

I would add in a lot more fruit, that way you have evergy but do not feel like you are weighing youself down.
