Does anyone own Fred P. book "Instant raw sensations" ? It is a collection of really easy raw recipes with common ingredients. This book pretty much descibes my style of "uncooking". Seeing a long list of ingredient just makes me really confused. And it usually means that the foods will be miscombined.

So I would like to share some of my own simple yammy recipes.
Please share yours.

Semami Calcuim Rich Smoothy.
2 table spoons of semami seed
Banana
Pear
Mix in the Vitamix with some water.

Green Monster Smoothy
Spinach
Banana
Pear
Mix in a Blender or a Vitamix with some water.

The Bunny Rabbit Salad.
Carrot
2 Apples
Banana (optional)
Nuts (Walnuts work best)
Dates
Mix carrots, apples are bananas in a food procesor. Add nuts & dates.

Red pepper soup.
Red peppers (2 per person)
Avocado
Cucumbers
Mix red peppers in the Vitamix, (chop fist, then blend, this way you can blend them without water)
Add small slices of cucumber and avocado for garnish.
This one is surpiringly delicious, even if you don't generally like peppers.

Spinach soup.
Spinach
Tomatoe
Avocado.
Cucumber (optional)
Mix in a blender or a Vitamix.
I usually blend some of the veggie, and then chop some and add them to the mix, this makes the soup more chucky and filling.

Great Thread! :D

I like to have lettuce wraps for a quick meal. I grate or chop veggies like zucchini or carrots etc. and top with a salsa.
Or chop bananas and top with a tropical salsa.

I like to dip veggies in salsa. Sometimes I take scissors and cut triangles from purple cabbage leaves to make 'chips' to dip salsa.

FRESH SALSA:
3 tomatoes chopped
1/2 green onions with tops chopped
1/2 C green bell pepper chopped
3 Tbl cilantro minced
1 Tbl jalapeno minced
1 tsp garlic minced or pressed
3 Tbl lime juice
salt to taste
*Toss all ingredients together... let flavors blend before serving

MANGO SALSA:
2 mangos chopped
2/3 C red bell pepper chopped
2/3 C green bell pepper chopped
1-2 Tbl jalapeno minced
*Toss ingredients... let flavors blend before serving

WALDORF SALAD:
1 green apple chopped
1 red apple chopped
1 1/2 celery stalks chopped
1 C red or green grapes halved
2-3 Tbl walnuts chopped
1 Tbl agave or raw honey
2 Tbl tahini
*Whisk agave and tahini in larger bowl
*Add in rest of ingredients and toss

STRAWBERRY MANGO SORBET:
1 mango cut in cubes
2 bananas sliced
15 strawberries halved
*Freeze all the fruit the night before or for at least 5 hours
*Puree on high speed until smooth
