I'm having a new friend, never met yet, very busy successful business woman, over for lunch next week. She hates to cook, and with raw she doesn't have to. Here's my ideas of a menu for her, without onions or cilantro, that she hates. Figured maybe I can play a small part in her staying or getting healthier with her schedule. She is 4 minutes from my house too.
*Fresh spring green salad with simple dressing basil dressing: tahini/basil/lemon juice, water: blend)
*Pasta with marinara or the basil dressing and avocado dressing replacing the salad dressing above
*Fax cracker (if tiime permits)
*RP brownies
Or
*Salad
*Hummus
*Crackers
*RP brownies
Or
An American dining experience:
*Burger, Alissa's buns, topped with swiss cheese or anther cheese recipe posted while back; fresh tomatoe and lettuce on top with my homemade pickles
*Salad with dressing
*RP brownies
Yes, I could made a soup, but we shall see to add in for any of these recipes.
Lucky me I still have garden zucchini but if need be readily available.
It's a 90 minute meet with our agenda set. If our meet ends as a one timer only, at least I will have super made for hubby.
