Hi,

I'm planning to take Tegra's Level 1 class on November 18th and I just wanted to hear from other's who have taken her class.

I'm new to raw food and very interested in learning how to make a successful transition to the lifestyle.

I would love to hear about anyone's else's experiences with her class. If you were new to this lifestyle did it help you in transitioning?

Tegra is a very sweet person. I haven't had the chance to take her class, but we've spoken many times...you'll love her!

Tegra is an amazing teacher. We have people call us here at the office to tell us how great her classes are after they have taken it. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a gift for teaching this life style. Im sure you will love her and the class!
