Rejuvelac

Just bought 375 ml of rejuvelac at the health food store - can I drink it all in one sitting (assuming I can gulp it down :)

Is it normal that it smells like cheese - taste is not so bad but I've tasted better things.

How long does it keep?

Hi Migrou if you have not tried Rejuvelac I would only suggest 1 cup a day until you get use to it. After that Ann Wigmore suggest drinking glasses of it between meals to flush the system out. Hope that helps.
