We got a box of large pears in the mail last week

:) they were a gift and my husband ate his 4 but i would love to make a dessert out of mine.
Does anyone have any ideas for raw desserts using pears or puddings?
I grew tired of eating them plain over the summer.

PEar pie the same way you'd make apple pie

or Pear crisp with some kind of crumbled nuts and rolled oats topping.

Puree and freeze in ice cube trays and pop out as needed as a sweetner for green smoothies

Pearsauce (like apple sauce)

Peel and freeze for next season

Rasberry and pear Ice Cream using nutmilk of choice for the base

Diced pears on spinach salad

Pear preserves

I love all the ideas, i will try the pear crisp first :D .
I have some oats and i will add the pears chopped with vanilla and sugar and place in my dehydrater.
I'm so happy now :D .
