strawberry vinegarette dressing. Does anyone have one? I tried one the other day at a Tea Room and it was wonderful. I don't think it was raw but it was absolutely delicious. :p Thanks :)

Strawberry Dressing

4 Strawberries
1/2 Small shallot
3 T Olive oil
1 T Maple syrup
1 T Cider vinegar
1 t Freshly squeezed lemon juice
a pinch of celtic salt
a dash of fresh black pepper
