I LOVE The Secret!!! A client of mine sent it to me in the mail with a cryptic note. Since watching it, I have shown everyone I know!! It was amazing! The part with the guy pretending to drive a racecar in his chair - my boyfriend actually did this, and manifested a '98 Porsche Boxter for $20,000!!!!!! HOLY COW!!!! This was before he knew about the movie. I just showed it to him, finally, today, after showing What The Bleep Do We Know.

The secret is, we are the creators of our lives through our thoughts (what we focus on) and our feelings. Where we are now is the culimantion of our past thoughts.

I knew this too at some level. I need to constantly remind myself due to habitual patterns of self-talk and the words I use. The goal is to keep focusing on what you want and not what you don't.

Here are some steps I found on the internet:

The first requirement of being a deliberate creator is acknowledging where you are starting

The second requirement of being a deliberate creator and allowing the Law of Attraction to work is articulating what you desire based on the totality of your life; accounting for all segments. Your life is divided into multiple areas of living -- called environments

The third requirement is clearing the slate [pathway] for pure, focused energy to flow. You must clear away the blocks. The way I found to remove those blocks is to go where those blocks are structured – in the subconscious mind. Through the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the blocks can be addressed, embraced and released leaving a clean slate [pathway] for your pure, focused energy to flow.

By fulfilling these three requirements, deliberate creation is absolutely possible and the Law of Attraction really works!

And, remember, this is all a process. You don't just learn this and then, poof, you are a master. You must give yourself time to practice and learn. The key is that you cannot go through the process until you know the process is needed. So, now you know! Enjoy the amazing journey ahead.

There is no book far as I know. IF you want a book based on a similar concept you might with to get "The Attractor Factor."

I love the article, and totally agree with that you manifest everything that happens to you. I think that this may be the reason a lot of different diets "work".

I have successfully manifested many wonderfull things in the personal & professional life. I also manifested some not so wonderful. I just have to start applying these principles to deit.

Do any of you have a special blessing or a pryer that you can say/think before you start eating?
