Can anyone post RP's brownies recipe? I keep reading about how good they are and I would like to try them. I've looked quite a bit around the old postings and can't find it. Thanks.

1 cup walnuts
1 cup medjool dates (pitted) not soaked
1/4 cup raw cacao or carob
blend in food processor until it holds together, if it doesn't hold together, blend longer
shmoosh down into the bottom of a 9 X 9 pan, (I use a pyrex) and then pop into the freezer or fridge to set, then cut with a knife, I then place them into a baggy and freeze, so I have them when I want them, many just eat them LOL
hope you like them
you can add nuts on top or frosting if you like
I personally add Rawkinlocs cinnamon roll frosting on top as my choice.

Thanks for the fast reply. They sound great and I have all the ingredients to make them tonight.
I have a sweet tooth and I don't think I could make it 100% without the raw sweets.
Well, off to the kitchen.....steak for hubby and brownies for me!

Well, I made the brownies and they are yummy.
The only thing was I read the recipe and forged ahead and put all the ingredients in my Vita-mix. Wellll..it took me like 5 secs. to realize THAT wasn't gonna work. Then I re-read the recipe...OH ...Blend in FOOD PROSESSOR.
Thanks for the recipe. I will be making it a lot.
