Glad you are here. Just Relax and eat RAW, that's all it is to it. To start off, I would take it Simple by eating Whole Fruits and Vegetables, that is keeping them in their natural State as much as possible. That will save you time, less food preperation and from becoming overwhelmed.

I would READ everything about RAW I could. There are Post here from Alissa, check in the red box at the right bottom of the page. She always has a Book "Living on Live Food". It will take you from A to Z through RAW.

So enjoy RAW, have a wonderful Journey, Change your Life, get healthy and if you lose a few pounds because of your hard work.........GREAT........

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW.......Welcome to MY World........

Aimei - Welcome! It is great you are making a decision to change your life. I suggest that to be successful on this you order Alissa's book cause it has a lot of good information on how to start and what to buy. If you can't afford it right away, there is a lot of great information on this site that will help.

For me having a good variety of many fruits, vegtables, and nuts in the house has been key.

I have been on this for 7 weeks and after 6 weeks I was down 20 pounds. I was 230 when I started and now I am already feeling more energy, etc.

You can do this and we are here to help!

Best Wishes
