I've known about the Raw Foods way of living for quite some time now. There are several restaurants and health food stores in the Atlanta, GA where I've been able to get delicious foods, but I've never attempted to prepare it myself. I was watching the Tyra show yesterday and felt inspired by what I saw. I'm willing to try, one step at a time.

It's your time to Shine, its your time to go RAW. You have known and fell short but RAW kept coming into your Life. I am soo happy that you heard it this time.

Teriffic you have Restaurants in your town but the food is just as easy for you to prepare, all it takes is planning. I would first order Alissa's Book "Living on Live Food", find a class in your area and until then grab an apple a banana and a carrot and just eat them.

That's what it is "A one step at a time program" and you keep doing it until you get it right.

If you can't cook the standard American diet, you can become a great RAW Chef.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW....Welcome to MY World........
