hello, all!
i'm new here, but i've considered the raw diet for the past year. we've gotten off of dairy, and we've cut down on meat. (sugary stuff comes and goes! lol!)
i live in kentucky with my husband of 6 years and 2 sons: 2 years old and 3 months old. my 2 year old loves fruit, but doesn't seem much interested in veggies. my 3 month old is still exclusively breast-fed.
my husband and i both want to do this sort of diet, because we know the health benefits. my mother-in-law is the one who introduced this way of eating as a healthy option. she's currently deciding whether or not to become a health minister with the hallelujah diet association... similar to this website's view.
anyway, kentucky is a rough place to try and eat healthy. the closest good grocery store with decent produce is 40 minutes away! anyway, we're trying, but looking for support. i'm glad to find this place!
i hope to get to know you all around here, and maybe together, we can all adopt this diet permanently! :)
