made some caramel candies........
1/2 cup of walnuts, 1/4 c of pecans (ground up)
1/3 cup of honey
2T cinnamon, 2 t vanilla
mix together, if it's too dry, then add more honey
i would probably add soaked raisens (pureed) or dates.......
but like this it was just divine!!!
stick in the freezer to firm, and cut into pieces
