Fresh start tomorrow

Begininning tomorrow I will be using this thread to keep me accountable. I'm going to go 100% raw. I did it for 4 months before, but start college this year has really set me back. I've gained 10 pounds, feel less energetic and am getting sick much more frequently. Here it goes!! Here is my starting pick. I hope to lose 20 pounds and come out of this journey having faced my emotions, not eating to cover them up, and full of more life!!

you know I'll be cheering you on! it's all about mentality.... i totally am there with you. Somehow I am able to stay 100%, but am still in a binge mentality. We can do it!
