I made some of Alissa's desserts yesterday and had about a cup of water that I'd soaked the dates in + a couple of dates. So this morning we had:

Date water & dates
flesh of a ripe mango
a cup of water
1/2 frozen banana

PLUS

1 tlbsp of flax seed oil
1 big spoon of our probiotic (it's in powder form)

All blended & served over ice.

DELISH!!! My kids LOVED it...down went all those goodies without blinking an eyelid!

That sounds so healthy and delicious.

The next best part is when the kids go about their day, calm, relaxed and happy cause they've been satisfied.

I'm going to try this one myself. Thanks for sharing.
