Is there any way to tell whether we're getting rid of trans fat, pesticides, strange chemicals resulting from cooking, or whatnot? I've been sneezing a lot lately; does that indicate a particular type of toxin?

I want to know also. Does anybody know or is it all so individual like allergies?

My very first week raw (July 2005) was spent at The UK Centre for Living Foods and while there I was told that I should write a list (in cronological order) of all the ailments that I have had in my life and that I would notice that I detoxed them in reverse order. Last in first out.
I have not had many ailments but did find that I was aware of detoxing them rather than substances or toxins.

I know for me I crave the very things I'm detoxing or maybe I'll just think about them. Once I thought of donuts (didn't want them, don't worry!) and I've only had .5 of one in my life over 10 years ago. Or for me certain body parts will hurt like kidneys or whatever.
