I mixed up some pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, and poured equal portions of raw organic honey and raw organic tahini over it, stirred it all up and gave it to the kids.

They like it!!!

I'm so pleased, that was a power packed little treat, full of nutrients. It feels so good when you know your kids are eating well.

So now they enjoy an almond milk banana, honey smoothie each day.

I share my watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, orange, apple, pear juice with them each day.

We're getting there!

That's great SamL. I too am introducing my creations with them slowly. I also point out how much raw fruit they already eat in their diet. All of the raw desserts and come of the nut creations and some cheeses, they like.
