Mylks..Linseeds..Help!

I've just made cacao on unhulled organic sesame seeds and it went really well! Just a bit of agave and chocolate and it was sweet as! But then I thought about the linseeds I had from back in the days where I would bake bread and I tried with those too.. It tastes fine, but it is a bit goopy. I have not added anything to it yet, but does anyine have any bright ideas? I tried the banana key but did not come up with anything.. Thank you so much!

Turns out that what is called linseeds in my dictionary also is called flaxseeds, and here I've been wondering what flax were! :o
