Well, here I am before raw, and after 210 days raw, 85 pounds released

for those of you who care, I am 53 years and 7 months young, so far.

I do feel wonderful!!

I had some friends take these pictures last night.

this was about 10:30 at night, long hard day, and I felt great!!

Thanks for all the kind words, I certainly FEEL way younger than 53, and I like the one where with raw, I'm now 33 and 7 months. LOL

That feels good, I always think of myself as 23, LOL

I think raw is a fountain of youth for sure, I meet so many people who are way younger than me, either in their late 30's or early 40's who do really look way way older than I do, I used to think it is in my genes, but my mom looked old at 40, and my grandmother too, and aunt, so that may not be it.

Thank you all for such kind words, I do feel so much better and healthier, I will always be thankful to Alissa for writing her book, making her DVD and having this forum fo rall of us.

A knock out. Wow!!! It looks like lots of nuts was not part of the transformation was it? I'm super impressed but more importantly--you have to be also! Gotta a journal I can read? Your eating, exercise plan, etc?

I need to develop my website, non relaetd and maybe your KNOCK OUT pictures would speak miles to others. Not ready for that part yet, but may contact you in future for permission. I have many ideas, but first have to see how to gain protection of those before the launch.
