I wrote to the Manna Bread company to find out how it's baked and they sent me this info - thought you'd be interested as I have read that others eat this bread on the raw diet.

I won't be eating it anymore - now that I know it's not raw.

Thank you for your email. Thank you for contacting us about our manna
bread. We have 7 varieties including one that is wheat free (Whole
Rye).
The bread is made from sprouted whole grains and baked at a temperature
higher than 120F. (about 335 degrees F.) The product is baked at a
temperature lower than conventional bread but it is not a raw food.
