YAY!! I turn 18 today - my mom had prepared a raw fruit-plate breakfast thingy and I was woken (can you say that?) by song:D
I am feeling great great great - and tonight I am having a small dinner party for my two best friends and boyfriend - and It is all raw!
I am serving (lol)

A raw, creamy carrot soup
nori-rolls
stuffed mushroom
fennel-grapefruit-avocado-salad
green salad
pesto

a coconut/mango pie w. raspberries to decorate

Happy birthday....what a great way to celebrate!! I think it's great that your mom feeds you all these wonderful foods....is she raw also??

Frankly I find it pretty amazing that at such a young age you are eating so well and feeding your friends such wonderful fare.

THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! I had a wonderful day and me and my mom spend hours in the kitchen preparing the food wich was a really nice time to share:D They ate it all up and everyone had second helpings (including me, eventhough I had been "tasting" all day)...

After dinner we wen't to see a movie which was sooooo funny and sweet - "The science of sleep" w. Gael Garcia (très hot!)

It is no longer my Birthday so I guess I am all back to being non-spoiled and un-special...ugh - and adult! :eek:

My birthday is thursday, and I'll be 18 as well!
If only my friends/family were as accepting of raw foods ;)
