Hey All:)
I know it's getting chilly, so I got this recipie from "His Rawness" David Wolfe:)
Here goes:)
1/2 lb. Arugula or Dark Romain
1 Bunch Parsley or Basil
1 Tsp. Tumeric
1/3 Red Onion or Scallions
2 Lemons, juice & zest
1 Ripe Avocado
6 Raw Olives Black or Green
1 Med Tomato
1 Orange or Yellow Pepper
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1TBSP. Miso
3 TBSP Hempseed or Olive Oil
20 Pumpkin Seeds
1/4C Dill
Blend altogether in blender or FP. I also added some garlic cloves, cilantro and I dislike Parsley so I used Basil. I also added some Sun Dried Tomatoes. Add water to reach a thick soupy consistency. I used hot water to warm the soup and I warmed my bowl on my dehydrator. :D
