Peace Fruitarianone,

I was just curious as to what your normal, weekly workout routine is, along with your diet. (i'm sure you probably have posted this somewhere before) Just wondering, because i'm thinking of making a few changes to my routine. For the last few months what i've been doing is rather than focusing on new body parts each day, I do a little bit of EACH bodypart all in one session for about an hour and change and then take a full day off of rest, then continue on the next day, rest, so on and so forth...
I'm familiar with both schools of thought in this regard, as far as the benefits of giving your body a full day of rest from resistance training in order for the body to build itself back up without any haltering on our parts, however I also think I may want to concentrate on just one body part for a half hour or an hour, etc.. Idk. I'm still contemplating.
What are your thoughts on that??

I'd appreciate any feedback..

PEACE

Check out my forum for info....(see signiture below)

I'm curently in transition from watermelon to oranges.....

As far as working out goes just see what you enjoy the most and really go for it!!!!....because if you don't enjoy it you won't give it your all!!!...and you have to give it your all to get results/progress....plus it doesn't hurt to do both for various periods of time simply switching from one to the other....I'm not one for change but it might work for you....

I found that the body part per day thing is for cooked fooders and I didn't enjoy it because I felt I wasn't making the best use of my time......now I'm raw I recover way too fast now so I can infact do a hardcore full body routine 4-5 days a week.....

But remember it's all up to the individual and what I do or say may not work for you....

Peace..

I can see some logic there about the relationship between cooked food eaters and doing a body part a day, etc. I also have found that my recovery time is immensely quicker since being raw. Thanks for the feedback..

I'll be registering onto the forum shortly! Looks real enticing for someone like myself, who's big into working out "boot-camp" style and obviously being a raw vegan.

Quick question. When you say you're in transition from watermelon to oranges, are you implying that those particualr foods are the basis for your day/weeks,? Do you just to mono eating for an entire day, or for long stretches??

Thanks again for your words of Wisdom..
