I just had my *last* salad... for now :D
I have finished off all what was left in the fridge that I couldn't freeze and now I am ready for an autumn fast!!
After my spring fast lasted 18 days, I would like to stay on this fast for 2 weeks, wish me luck!
Oh, I am going to water-fast!

Good luck on the water fast!

I'm on day 23 of my juice fast and feel great - not sure if I'm hardy enough to do water!

day 4 and feeling hungry... for some reason this time the fast is being quite hard!! But I stay on track :)
