Hi if you are talking about food combining, it is best to eat melons alone, and fruits about 30 minutes or more BEFORE you eat anything else, there are different types of fruits too, acid, sub acid, sweet, etc. that combine differently.


Personally, I eat fruits alone, and wait at least 30 minutes before I eat anything else, unless I"m eating dates, then I eat them in almond milk or sauces, other that that I usually mono eat, or eat only fruits.

I'm about 90% fruitarian now, only eat a few greens and some herbs, but mostly just fruit, it works for me

As the weahter gets colder, I am eating more veggies though I could see that in my food choices at Costco, I used to just buy oranges, lemons, limes, pineapple and mangos, this last time I bought carrots, celery, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, garlic and peppers, all of these were not ripe yet in my garden, now they are all ripe and I have a ton. LOL

I suppose I could have just waited that week. BUT I wanted that raw veggie soup that day. LOL

I ate nuts today, then like 30 minutes later or less, fruits, then like 30 minutes later or an hour, nuts again.
