does anyone know if agave, by the nature of bottling it, would be heated? I know they sell "RAW" agave, which is what I buy now, but I have a lot of these Sweet Cactus Farms bottles sitting in my pantry that are leftover from before I ever considered trying Raw (4 months ago....). I tried to contact the company by phone but I was unsuccessful.

I was just wondering if anyone knew one way or the other on this company! Thanks!

(... they were expensive)

I've been looking to see if I could find any infor, my bet is that they are pasteurized to some extent because they don't saw raw on them.
I say use them up. Don't waste the money. It is still way better then sugar or honey...
