Put on music while you browse the internet.
I realized the other day just how much time I spend per day SITTING and using the computer. School, chatting, talking on the phone....you name it.
SO I decided to try some things to keep me figeting, and I found the answer:
Music. If I pop in some Madonna or Kylie Minogue (or anything that makes me want to dance and feel sexy) I tend to automatically do a seated dance, of sorts. I can't stop moving!
