Just tried this for the first time. The gourmet cesaer from Alissas book. It was greeeaaat! I loved it. Tasted so much like Cesaer. It was Cesaer dammit.
I had tried 2 previous recipes, Spagetti, and Alfredo, and wasn't that thrilled. But this one was amazing.

Which one did you try? There are 2 listed....one is modified version by Alissa and the other is Cynthia Beavers- I want to make this for dinner!
Take Care! :D

i dont have the book yet cuz im a real simple eater , but in case garlic and basil are involved in this dressing and youve never done it this way i start my dressing by completely pulverizing with a pestel (or is it morter , dont know which is which ) garlic cloves and fresh basil leaves . the fresh pulverized basil leaves make ALL the difference .
I havent made the Cynthia Beavers one but the other one is awesome!! My teen loves ceasar salads and she loved this dressing. FF, if you make the other one let us know how it turns out.

YUMMY!! Just got Alissa's book yesterday and the caesar dressing was the first thing I made today. I sprinkled some ground flaxseed on my salad...made it seem like I had put bread crumbs on it, sort of like crushed croutons...I also added some cracked pepper. OH WOW!! This is going to be one of my staples.....LOVED IT!!! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!!

The Caesar dressing is AMMMMAZING! I always make it for special occasions, because people just go wild over it. My non-raw sister will often ask me to make it for her, which I gladly do. Mmm....
