I'm going to start an interesting kind of fast tomorrow. I wanted to start a fast with just lemon juice and water as I have done a few times before. Then i realized I have a lot of bananas and oranges that I just bought a while ago. So I am going to do a few mono days of bananas until they run out (maybe 3-4 days, I have 8-10 bunches of bananas). Then I will move onto the oranges and do maybe 1-2 days of just orange juice until they are gone (i have half a case left.) I figure the progression from the solid food to the juice will be a good easing into the fasting of just lemon juice and water.

I want to recalibrate my tastebuds to eating fruit again. I also want to give my body a break after eating some not so optimal food. A kick start to the weight loss would be nice, as well!

Have you thought about Orange/Banana Smoothies?

spicyfull -- That combination doesn't seem to agree with my tummy for some reason.
