Does anyone have this book from Frederic Patanaud (SP?)? If so, what did you think about it? Are the recipes really good and easy? Thanks!

Yes. I have it. I think the recipes are very easy. Very worthwhile investing in this book. Maybe check it out of the library to see for yourself.
