Hi...

Recently, I saw a charming interview with a gentleman that appeared to be in his early 80's. He had a youthful appearance and was quick to smile... he is a bee keeper.

He spoke of bee keeping and his life. He shared that he started to jog when he was 65 years old. He began doing races when he was 75. He still jogs. He still tends his bees. And the amazing thing? He is actually 104 years old!

He has just written a book, My First 100 Years. He was relaxed and quick to laugh. He clearly enjoys life.

Isn't it amazing how we can limit ourselves... by the number of our age or by our circumstances? And, then we see someone who doesn't limit themselves. They are such an inspiration... a beacon of light and possibility. An opportunity for many of us to re-examine limitations we have accepted. To give life a fresh view and approach.

Just a simple bee keeper... living life fully and vibrantly... at 104 years old.

Imagine what is possible for any of us... and all of us. If we dare to redefine our lives... to see, be, and live beyond the limits. In our own amazing ways... at any age.

Yah, but is his honey raw?! :D

here's a link to the book on amazon if anyone's interested. I was surprised to find about 4 books with the same title by different authors. this is the beekeeper-long distance runner centenarian.

I googled him as well yesterday and came up with loads of stuff but I was hoping for a video clip and could not find one. I would love to see him.
