Help...

I have a friend that wants to try raw and I told her about this site and she has been trying to register but it wont accept her user name. She said she has tried lots of different names but still no luck. Does anyone know what she should do. :confused:

Sorry I don't have the answer for you. This sounds like something either Alissa or the web person would have to give an answer for.

The ONLY thing I could come up with is that someone was IP address banned and your friend has a similar IP address that isn't being allowed access. But to my knowledge, no one has been IP-banned...but I'm not positive.

I'm sure once one of the above have gotten wind of this, they'll have a possible cause/solution for her.
