What are your favorite breakfast recipes? I'm newly committed to the raw food lifestyle, and my tendency is to eat a bowl of Cheerios with soymilk for breakfast. I need a change!

Alissa's strawberry crepes ~ or a green smoothie ~ or, what I'm eating now ~ keylime mousse w/ crumbled topping. Ummm, lasagne when I've got it as well.

Fruit smoothies! I always start my day with a fruit smoothie - a variety of frozen fruits, hemp seed powder, and alfalfa powder, so I guess it's sort of a green smoothie. Then I'll munch on a grapefruit, sunflower seeds, or whatever until lunch. Then I have my REAL green smoothie.
But the fruit smoothies in the mornings fill me up! Quick, easy and satisfying.
RP's brownies are a trip for b-fast too!!! ;)

My kids and I eat buckwheaties (raw soaked buckwheat blended with agave-stevia-maple syrup or dates....., apple or other type of fruit if you want, vanilla & cinnamon - dehydrated till crisp and break up for cereal or use as a crack with nut butter - batter should look like soupy oatmeal) with either almond or hazelnut mylk. Yummmmm and really easy!

:) This morning i had some sprouts with soaked raisins and cranberries, it was so good, you could melt some raw honey in warm water and pour over the top.
So sweet and filling. :)

I start my morning with a smoothie that consist of one banana, raw agave nector, strawberries and my FAVORITE raw cocoa nibs. Then about an hour later I eat an apple with my home made hemp butter that I make very sweet with agave nector. I am usually go to go with all that till lunch!

This no oat oatmeal is delicious!

I have this recipe:
1 tbs Coconut Oil
3 tbs Hemp seeds
1/2 tbs of honey, or Agave,
Dash of vanilla
Blend well. If oil is liquid in summertime, place dish in freezer.
Stir to blend up ingredients a few times as the oil hardens
