I know we can eat pumpkin seeds, but can we also eat squash seeds? Specifically spaghetti squash?

I asked in another thread if we can eat squash seeds and no one answered me.

I know we can eat pumpkin seeds...but I want to make sure squash seeds are safe too before I feed them to my kids. (spaghetti squash)
