I know these change with days and seasons for some...but mine is and always will be Honey Dew Melons! :D
I haven't had them very often since summer ended because a small one is $5, where I live. :( But I walked in the grocery store this morning and AHHHHHHHHHHHHH....like sun shining down from heaven on them...there they were in a stand for $2.99 each! Huge, juicy Honey Dews! I bought two! :D
So, what have you been eating this week? What's your fav...can't live without raw food?
Hoping this thread will encourage some of us to break out and try something new! ;)

This is a tough question as I love all types of fruit! Bananas for their versatility, peaches and mangos when they are perfectly ripe, and all kinds of berries just cuz I love them so much.
Okay, so that wasn't just one but I couldn't help myself!

okay, every day I have at least one huge glass of orange juice
AND I eat alot of pineapple
AND lately nectarines, but they have to be ripe, and not mushy,so I buy them by the case, so I have plenty, I let them sit out on the counter for about 3 to5 days, then they are succulent and totally ripe, then I dive into them and eat them all. mooo hoooo ha ha,
er uh, sorry, I got a little carried away there,
I really like nectarines.

Mangoes only when they are smooth and succulent and not stringy or tart, always end up eith stringy tart ones :( lol
I also LOVE raspberries when they are in season, NOT during the winter when they are also tart.
Papaya is yummy, so long as the flavour isn't too... perfumy!!
And pink lady apples, when they are really crunchy, not soft at all. :p
Gosh Im picky! And also sorry thats more than one!!

Cranberries. Although I am not much of a fruit person this is one thing I wish I could have year round. I also am partial to lemons, limes and on occasion grapefruit.
When my trees are producing I'll eat apples, pears and cherries. Oddly I would not go out of my way for these things and will only eat them freshly picked. Same for strawberries. Okay, that's not quite true. Pears are picked unripe and are ripened for a couple of weeks off the tree. But I want them only from my own trees.

My favorite is pineapple, but can't really have it because it makes my blood sugar high, so my favorite one that I can eat is strawberries.

I love figs and pineapple, but they both burn my mouth so bad, that they leave sores. That's why I don't have them often or have them in the smoothie, which I drink with straw, but i wonder if they don't make holes in my stomach as well..
Mostly I eat grapes, apples, pears and bananas. But my very favorite is cucumber, if it is fruit on this thread. I can eat 3-5 pounds a day of it after shopping in farmers market.
