I've been vizualising like crazy, but I have not much felt.. I ought to FEEL raw instead of trying to become it (Become= future event of uncertain nature and uncertain time frame). With raw I mean 100%, no slips, no out of control cravings. Just a little epiphany :o

Noooooo. No, no, no Nenyath. There are no "oughts". From my experience any shoulds, oughts, etc. stop the flow. Just a thought about your "ought". :D

I'm not sure but i would stand in front of my mirror and say that i'm looking better and feeling better and that i was losing weight almost everyday.
Now i am giving away clothes that no longer fit and i'm feeling much better in my body. :D
Is there something to this or is it just a mind thing.

Yes, it IS a mind thing, not "just" a mind thing. What one thinks, one creates as FY said. That's what the whole "Abundance" thread is about.
