I used to love the vegetarian menus at www.savingdinner.com sent out as 'menu-mailer', which is a weekly colletion of 6 dinner menus, including a recipe for each main course plus a shopping list. It made my life soooooo much easier! Now that we are trying to eat much more raw, though, there is no point getting it. I am still trying hard to adjust to planning so far ahead and am having trouble. Does anyone know of a raw menu plan anywhere on the net that would tell me when to do what? For example, on Monday night, start soaking the rye to make sprouts for the bagels you'll eat on Friday. Or...do I just have to make my own and keep doing the same thing over every week??

In Warming up to Living Foods by Elysa Markowitz she lists groups of meals ie: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and what to soak or pre-prepare for upcoming meals. I know how frustrating it can be! I'm famous for my way of making a meal in 30 min or less....cooked! Argggh, I try to keep nuts soaked and refrigerated ready for some recipes. It's been getting easier now that 4 months have passed.
