I have been browsing this website for awhile and think I am ready to start on a raw challenge. The benefits seem great! The support and knowledge here is great also. I think my biggest challenge will be with what to drink. I constantly have to be drinking something (no, I'm not diabetic), and I get bored with just water. I enjoy a fizzy drink ( diet pop has always been a favorite). I wonder if mixing fruit juice with sparkling water can fill the bill?

Drink smoothies, fruit water, herbal sun tea, almond and sesame milk, juices...

Welcome! My favorite drink is raw almond milk. It is also really good blended with a banana and ice. I would say that if you put sparkling water in fresh juice, this is a good transition drink. It is better than diet soda, that's for sure!

I am still searching myself for interesting drinks and foods, but I think I am doing great.
I wonder if there is a seperate place here with drink recepies, that might be an idea to start. Maybe we can make a drink, dessert and other... files.
Just an idea.
