3 day raw experiment...

Hi! I'm going on a three day raw experiment starting tomorow. I can only do this for 3 days because my mother and sister are not home, I'm on vacation, and my dad won't be home for lunch. I'll be going shopping at a small, cheap nearby store. They have good quality vegetable products and, I'm hoping they also have some nuts and/or seeds.
Any tips?

I am worried that you will get a bad impression after only 3 days because you may have some detox and see no positive benefits and that it will weaken your resolve for the future.
I am hoping that this will not be the case but if it is please do not worry about it.
