making bagels................... ?? question

whole wheat flour......... is that considered RAW??

i tried to buckwheat, and spelt berries ---------- and BLEHHHHHHHH!! :mad:
it tasted really horrible.........the taste was AWFUL

so i made another variety, as i wait for sprouting

whole wheat, flax, and some veggies.........
made a yummy whole wheat bagel -- better than store bought!!

want to make sure i didn't defeat the whole RAW FOOD CONCEPT HERE.......

they were very yummy though!! especially with my veggie cream cheese!! :D

Did you use flour? I thought flour was not raw? OR did you sprout the wheat berries? Just curious.
